There are no wide-known tourism objects in Jõgeva, but there are definitely worth-visiting places to spend your whole day:

Museum of Betti Alver (Jaama 3B) is located in the beautiful, refurbished age of czar style house where the loved Estonian poet Betti Alver was born. The museum has a special room for the national hero of singing revolution of Estonia – Alo Mattiisen. Alo Mattiisens' personal possessions and piano are can be seen in Jõgeva music school (Suur 12), pre-booking is required. Bettis' and Alos' spiritual legacy is continued by school students during the poetry days in autumn (dedicated to Betti Alver) and music days in spring (dedicated to Alo Mattiisen).

New and exciting place for antiquities lovers is Jõgewa Museum (Tallinna mnt 15) – you can find exhibits from old bottles, radios, weapons and books to special costumes there. These antiquities are digged out from the forests and fields of Jõgeva by local history club. (Pre-booking for museum visit is required)
